🚘 Don’t Fall Victim to the HORRIBLE FRIDAY CURSE

New data from CARFAX reveals that Fridays are officially the most dangerous day to drive in over 40 states. The so-called "Friday Curse" hits hardest during the evening rush, when traffic, distractions, and fatigue combine for a spike in crashes. Mississippi leads the pack, with California, Texas, and New York not far behind. If you're looking for a safer drive, Sundays are statistically your best bet. Think Fridays are all good vibes and countdowns to happy hour? Not so fast — your car might have other plans.

A new study from CARFAX just revealed that Fridays are the most dangerous day of the week to be on the road in at least 43 states. Yeah… that Friday rush hits different when you mix in packed highways, tired drivers, and everybody texting their group chat about weekend plans.

Mississippi leads the pack, with over 18% of all their car crashes happening on Fridays. Not far behind? California, Texas, and New York — which makes sense, ā€˜cause those traffic jams could stress out a monk.

On the flip side, if you’re trying to play it safe, Sunday is your best bet. Less traffic, fewer crashes, and honestly… probably fewer people trying to cut you off on the way to brunch.

So the next time you're racing out of work, blasting your weekend playlist — just remember: the Friday curse is real. Be safe, stay focused, and maybe don’t send that ā€œon my wayā€ text while you’re in the driver’s seat.
