The survey delved into the sleeping habits of the naked sleepers and their pajama-clad counterparts, revealing that those who choose to sleep in the buff are more likely to be "night owls." Perhaps it's the liberating feeling of unrestricted slumber that keeps them burning the midnight oil.
But the revelations don't stop there. Naked sleepers tend to have a higher likelihood of experiencing nightmares so if that is you and you want to have less nightmares.... Researchers so put some cloths on before bed!
Sweet Satisfaction and Sleepwear Dilemmas
Contrary to expectations, naked sleepers reported higher satisfaction with their sex lives. Could the freedom from sleepwear contribute to a more fulfilling romantic life? The survey suggests a correlation and it could be because Naked sleepers tend to be more confident with their bodies as well!
Interestingly, naked sleepers believe that their choice of sleepwear significantly impacts the quality of their sleep. It appears that the discomfort of clothing during slumber is a real concern for these nocturnal enthusiasts, further emphasizing the liberating experience of sleeping in the nude.
Climate Change: A Shared Concern in the Bedroom
Finally naked sleepers are concerned for climate change?? The survey unveils that 29% of naked sleepers claim to do it partially to reduce their "eco-footprint." From using less AC in the summer and not having to wash pajamas leading to water savings as well!
